These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Hostron hosting, VPS, cloud, storage, support, billing, and related services. By creating an account, placing an order, making a payment, or using any Hostron service, you agree to these terms.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate account, billing, contact, and tax information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Orders And Provisioning

Orders are accepted subject to payment confirmation, fraud checks, stock/resource availability, and internal approval. Some services require manual provisioning, and activation timelines may vary based on the product, configuration, operating system, add-ons, and provider availability.

3. Payments, Taxes, And Invoices

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST, taxes, setup fees, and recurring charges are added during checkout. Payment must be completed before provisioning unless Hostron explicitly approves a different arrangement. Invoices are generated using the billing details available at the time of order.

4. Renewals And Non-Payment

Customers are responsible for timely renewal payments. Services may be suspended, restricted, or terminated for non-payment. Data recovery after suspension or termination is not guaranteed unless a backup or recovery service is active and available.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Hostron services for illegal, abusive, harmful, or disruptive activity. Prohibited usage includes spam, phishing, malware, botnets, denial-of-service activity, copyright infringement, unauthorized scanning, credential attacks, child exploitation material, or any activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

6. Resource Usage

Shared, virtual, cloud, and managed services must be used fairly and within the limits of the selected plan. Hostron may apply rate limits, suspend abusive workloads, or request upgrades where usage harms platform stability or other customers.

7. Customer Data And Backups

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups unless a backup service is included in your plan or purchased separately. Hostron is not liable for data loss caused by customer actions, compromised credentials, software errors, malware, non-payment, or third-party provider failures.

8. Support

Support is provided through the customer portal, tickets, email, or other official channels. Response times depend on issue priority, support plan, and business hours. Managed support is limited to the scope of the purchased service.

9. Suspension And Termination

Hostron may suspend or terminate services for abuse, legal requests, security risks, non-payment, false information, or violation of these terms. In urgent abuse or security cases, action may be taken without prior notice.

10. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hostron is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages. Hostron's total liability for a paid service is limited to the amount paid for that service during the billing period in which the issue occurred.

11. Changes To Services Or Terms

Hostron may update services, pricing, features, policies, and these terms from time to time. Continued use of services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
